Teeling Whiskey Small Batch

Teeling Whiskey Small Batch is an Irish Whiskey that is smooth and rich in flavor. This Blended Irish whiskey is produced in small batches and matured in ex-rum barrels that add floral notes, spiciness and sweetness to the whiskey.

Tasting Notes

Nose: The aromas of vanilla and spices dance with notes of bright, sweet rum.

Taste: The rum casks add a smoothness and sweetness that mingles with the warm spices and floral vanilla flavors.

Finish: Sweet spice complimented by undertones of warm wood.

Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 46%

Hot Buttered Teeling Whiskey

50ml Teeling Small Batch
120ml Hot water
1tbsp Spiced butter mix (see below)

Aerated double cream with orange zest

For the spiced butter mix (makes enough for 10-12 servings & can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks)

1/2 pound softened unsalted butter
1/2 pound muscavado sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground Nutmeg
1 tsp ground all spice
¼ tsp ground clove

Put all ingredients into food processor and blend into a spicey, buttery paste.


Add hot water and 1 tbsp of the spiced butter mix and stir until dissolved. Add 50ml of Teeling Small Batch Blend and a layer of the aerated cream.
Finally, garnish with grated nutmeg.

Teeling Raspberry Iced Tea

1.5 oz Teeling Small Batch
0.75 oz  Aperol
0.5 oz ginger liqueur
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup

2 oz. raspberry or mixed berry tea


Make a weak tea by infusing 1tsp of raspberry or mixed berry tea to 150ml hot water and infuse for 4-5 mins. Allow tea to cool before using. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass/Julep cup filled with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh raspberry, mint sprig and fresh root ginger.
