Who wouldn’t like to take a trip to Scotland? After winning a competition where they demonstrated their skills to prepare unique cocktails with brands of William Grants & Sons, bartenders Tony Riollano and Gabo Matos, with representatives of Plaza Cellar’s and Prestige Spirits, visited their distilleries to learn about the production of some of the world’s finest spirits. Between good cocktails and excellent food, they had a great time.
