Hine Rare VSOP
Close to 20 clear brandies confectioned with Grand and Petite Champagne grapes are blended this French delight.
The warm, lively sound of the English horn painting the spring air with its music. A lazy afternoon with warm sunshine on our face while we read a book or look at cloud shapes in the sky. This delicate expression from the French distillery House of Hine brings delicate fruit taste and aromas from the moment you open a bottle. Its flavor is soft as flower petal and reinterprets the flavor of the white wines produced from Charente vines into a cognac that is our pride and an important benchmark for connoisseurs everywhere.
Nose: The complex flavor of Hine Rare VSOP begins with woody notes of raw oak spice, sweet caramel, and the soft pepperiness of white pepper with some light floral notes, like a small garden just outside your windowsill, lingering about.
Mouth: The spicy oak and caramel notes are present from the moment this fine cognac touches your lips. Sweet vanilla, fruity raisin and zesty orange peel notes are also present, developing towards a cinnamon, anise and mint aftertaste.
Finish: The finish is smooth, mint-like with raisin and spicy oak flavor with the subtleties of camphor, cinnamon, cloves and anise.

Hine Antique XO
Hine Antique XO is made from a blend of 40 eaux-de-vie (clear brandy produced from the finest Grande Champagne). The Antique blend is unique on its own merit, like the most renowned authors in literature with their own way of weaving words into art. With its unique complexity, Hine Antique XO gravitates towards fruit and oak notes that slowly develop into figs, tobacco and hazelnut. The mature eaux-de-vie used in Hine Antique XO must be matured for a minimum of 6 years, guaranteeing a refined work of art in the cognac, that lasts and lingers in the mouth, like the final notes of a piano concerto resounding in a concert hall.
Nose: The initial notes on the use are reminiscent of oak spice, vanilla intermingled with the sweet aroma of caramel. It slowly develops into menthol, cinnamon and camphor, similar to the Rare VSOP, but also bring fresh fruit notes like apples and raisins into its complex flavor.
Mouth: This mature spirits brings dusty oak and leather flavors to more herbal lemongrass, mint and cinnamon flavors. Its fresh fruit and roasted nuts flavors complete this complex and finely blended matured cognac.
Finish: The cool flavor of menthol and the spicy kick of cinnamon float on your tongue, tickling your taste buds with the sweetness of butterscotch.
