Glenfiddich 21 year old Gran Reserva

We use fine Spanish Oloroso wood and American oak to mature this rich, intriguingly fruity and robust oak expression, but there are many more reasons why this expression is special.

Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. Each has extraordinary consistency and character from an intense marrying period, and a warming, distinguished finish.

A truly exceptional single malt, the result not just of eighteen years of care and attention, but of whisky-making craft and knowledge passed down through the generations.

Tasting Notes

Color: Dark gold.

Nose: Intense and vanilla sweet. Floral, hints of banana, figs, rich toffee, new leather and oak.

Taste: Initially soft, then brisk, vibrant and drying, peppery, a touch of smoke, oak, lime, ginger and spices.

Finish: Very long, warming, dry and spicy.

Alcohol by volume (ABV%): 40%, 70CL

Glenfiddich Godfather

Ingredients:

25ml Glenfiddich 21 Year Old
25ml amaretto liqueur
10ml fresh lemon juice
100ml lemonade or sparkling water
1 cherry
3 – 4 ice cubes

Instrucctions:

Stir the Glenfiddich and amaretto liqueur together
Add a splash of lemon juice and lemonade or sparking water
Stir gently for another few seconds and garnish with a cherry
Serve with three or four fresh ice cubes in the glass.

Boulevardier

Ingredients:

30ml Glenfiddich 21 Year Old
30ml Créole Shrubb
30ml Carpano Bianco
3 – 4 ice cubes
Orange peel

Instrucctions:

Add the Glenfiddich, Créole Shrubb and Carpano to a mixer and shake generously with ice.
Strain into glass with ice cubes.
